I know it's been a while since I last updated. I got a little sidetracked from the third complex to work on some NPC enemies. The text chat, as requested, is completed and I am almost done with the NPCs. Hopefully this will bring a little more life and danger to the bunkers. They will fight just like other players and they will respond to you making noise in the bunkers if they are nearby. After I finish this up I'll get back to the third complex, which is almost done.
